Ash and Pikachu will be saving the day on the big screen this weekend, with latest Pokémon movie The Power of Us opening in UK theatres on Saturday 24 November.

Tickets for Pokémon the Movie: The Power of Us, the 21st film in the much-loved franchise and the sequel to last year’s reboot film I Choose You!, are available from FathomAnimation.com. Additional screenings will take place on 1-3 December, with the movie coming to more than 300 cinemas across the UK and Ireland.

In other anime movie news, Manga Entertainment has announced that the upcoming UK theatrical release of My Hero Academia: Two Heroes has been expanded, with cities such as London, Manchester, Aberdeen and Newcastle garnering extra venues while other cinemas have extended their run of the film.

The first feature-length instalment for the hit superhero series, Two Heroes will be showing with subtitles on 4 December, followed by dubbed screenings on 5 December. Tickets can be purchased at myheroacademiamovie.co.uk.
