Not yet given Bungie’s shoot-em-up and loot-em-up Destiny 2 a spin? Well, you’re in luck. From today, you’ll be able to play a free trial of the game on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

It’s not vast, but you do get a fair chunk of the game to try out as part of the free trial. There’s the opening few missions from the game’s campaign, as well as the chance to roam two of the game’s locations – the EDZ and Titan – completing adventures, public events and other side-activities.

You’ll also be able to jump into The Crucible, Destiny 2‘s competitive multiplayer component. You get full access to the Quickplay playlist, which features team deathmatch, control point and supremacy game modes.

Clans are also included.

Any progress you make is then able to be transferred over to the full game if you decide to seal the deal with a purchase.
