Bandai Namco has put pre-orders live for Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom and announced a pair of absolutely gorgeous special editions for the forthcoming Level-5 RPG.
The first is the Prince’s Edition, which includes a copy of the game, a ‘Making of Ni No Kuni II‘ documentary on Blu-ray, an exclusive steelbook case and the game’s season pass. That’ll be available for £84.99 on PS4 or as a digital only version without the documentary for £69.99 on PC.
If you’re willing to part with more money you can pick up the King’s Edition for £139.99 on PS4 or £129.99 on PC. That too comes bundled with everything in the Prince’s Edition, but also includes a vinyl record of Joe Hisaishi’s main theme in a pop-up gatefold slip, The Evolution of a King diorama figure, a 20cm tall rotating music box that plays the game’s main theme, and a 148-page art book. Tidy!
If you’re wondering about the value of the season pass, Bandai Namco has only said that it’ll provide two pieces of additional content and will also be available separately for €20.
All pre-orders will also be granted the Special Sword set – a bundle of five in-game weapons – for free.
Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is scheduled for release on January 19th, 2018 for PS4 and PC.
