Bandai Namco is bringing the Tales series to mobile with the free-to-play RPG, Tales of the Rays.

You’ll journey with new protagonists Ix and Mileena in a fully 3D adventure with all the world exploring, dungeon delving and monster slaying you’d expect from a full console release. You’ll also bump into heroes from previous games in the series along the way.

“We created Tales of the Rays with the intent to make it the best all-star character game ever. The story, music, and game design are handled by the very same team who brought you the Tales series on console, and the character design, voice acting, and opening animation are masterfully crafted by the hottest artists in Japan today,” says Tales of the Rays producer, Yasuhiro Ikeno.

Tales of the Rays will be released for iOS and Android devices later this Summer.
