Curse of the Vampire Coast, the second campaign pack for Creative Assembly’s Total War: Warhammer 2 launches tomorrow for PC.

The highlight of the DLC is the addition of the Vampire Coast as a playable race. These factions of undead pirates wield all the usual weaponry you’d expect of some scurvy dogs, from cutlasses to cannons. They’re also backed up by huge crabs and an assortment of other zombified nasties that many will not be excited to face down on the battlefield.

Creative Assembly and SEGA have confirmed that four new Legendary Lords will be included in the DLC, each with their own faction. There’s Luthor Harkon of the main Vampire Coast faction, Count Noctilus who leads the Dreadfleet, Aranessa Saltspite from the Pirates of Sartosa and Cylostra Direfin who is in charge of The Drowned.

Additionally, Curse of the Vampire Coast will feature a new school of magic named The Lore of the Deep, plus there will be a suite of all-new campaign mechanics, upgradable ships for the Legendary Lords, eight new Rainments of Renown and unique tech trees for each Lord too.

Vampire Coast factions will also be playable in the Eye of the Vortex and Mortal Empires campaigns.

Total War: Warhammer 2 – Curse of the Vampire Coast will be available on November 8 on PC for £13.99.
