Turns out that Pokémon Go is pretty popular. Do you know what else a lot of people love? Harry Potter. So, can you imagine what will happen when the makers of Pokémon Go team up with Warner Bros. to create an augmented reality mobile game set in The Wizarding World?

Well, that’s the short pitch for Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, and you can watch the debut trailer now.

Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, you’ll be able to explore your surroundings through the veil of The Wizarding World. According to Warner Bros. and Niantic, that means you can cast spells, uncover mysteries and interact with characters or fantastic beasts from the Harry Potter universe.

Essentially, it’ll use the same augmented reality tech that dropped the likes of Pikachu in your local high street but replaces the yellow critter with golden snitches, house elves and other magical doodads. Perhaps players will eventually have to team up to take on He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named? That’d be cool!

Harry Potter: Wizards Unite will be available on mobile devices in 2019.
