Sword Art Online: Alicization, Gun Gale Online and Calamity of a Zombie Girl were among the 10 new titles announced by Anime Limited at last weekend’s MCM London Comic Con.

Although the Glasgow distributor is unable to confirm specific dates at present, show visitors were told that Sword Art Online’s currently-airing third season Alicization and spin-off show Gun Gale Online will both be getting a home video release from Anime Limited, as will studio Gonzo horror feature Calamity of a Zombie Girl, which received its UK premiere at the Scotland Loves Anime film festival earlier this month.

Other licenses acquired by Anime Limited include sci-fi boxing drama Megalo Box, produced by TMS Entertainment to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Ashita no Joe manga; Production I.G’s dance-themed romcom Welcome To The Ballroom, directed by Pigtails helmer Yoshimi Itazu; and Palm Studio’s 11-episode slice-of-life show Bartender, set to make its English language home video debut.

Meanwhile, Persona fans will be able to snag The Day Breakers – the Persona 5: The Animation television special that aired during the videogame’s Japanese launch.

Anime Limited also announced the release of a trio of old school titles, with 1994 fantasy series Magic Knight Rayearth garnering a complete 49-episode box set, Yoshiaki Kawajiri’s 1990 cult classic Cyber City Oedo 808 receiving a remastered Blu-ray and gritty Mamoru Oshii-penned movie Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade also coming to Blu-ray.
