Millions saw Jodie Whittaker fall to Earth as the Thirteenth Doctor in the new series of Doctor Who. To honour the latest regeneration of the Time Lord, Mattel has announced the first officially licensed Doctor Who Barbie doll.

Inspired by Whittaker’s portrayal of the Thirteenth Doctor, the doll is designed by Bill Greening and has The Doctor wearing a rainbow-striped t-shirt, cropped trousers and a trench coat. The doll is fully poseable and also comes with suspenders, lace-up boots and her sonic screwdriver in hand (click the photos to enlarge).

The Doctor Who Barbie Signature doll is available to pre-order now from Mattel at a cost of $49.99 (around £38 / €43.50) and will ship from 9 November 2018 (Mattel do ship internationally). Alternatively, it can also be pre-ordered via Forbidden Planet in the UK for £54.99 and will ship from 1 December 2018.
