Crunchyroll has added four new titles to its autumn 2018 roster, with Between the Sky and Sea, Run with the Wind, Anima Yell! and Ms. vampire who lives in my neighbourhood all set to debut on the streaming service worldwide except for Asia.

Adapted from a mobile game by Sony-owned studio ForwardWorks, TMS Entertainment sci-fi series Between the Sky and Sea follows the adventures of six young women selected to fish ‘Aquatic Orbs’ – vast fish tanks built in space by Japan’s Ministry of Fisheries following the disappearance of all the fish from the earth’s oceans.

Production I.G sports show Run with the Wind adapts a 2006 novel by Shion Miura that has already inspired a live-action film. Helmed by Kazuya Nomura (Ghost In The Shell: The New Movie, Robotics;Notes), the show’s story centres on the Hakone Ekiden – an annual two-day relay marathon that sees university teams competing over a 217.9 km course.

Marking the series directorial debut of Masako Sato, the Doga Kobo-produced Anima Yell! stars helpful high schooler Kohane Hatoya, who starts a cheerleading club at her school. Waving pom-poms alongside Kohane are her childhood friend Uki, experienced cheerleader Hizume, shrinking violet Kotetsu and Hizume’s former cheer squad teammate Kana.

The delightfully-titled Ms. vampire who lives in my neighbourhood is a cute comedy featuring Sophie Twilight, a 360-year-old otaku vampire girl, and school girl Akari, who falls in love with her doll-like appearance and moves in with her. The show is animated by Studio Gokumi and AXsiZ, who also collaborated recently on Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles.
