Nintendo Switch owners now have two Valkyria Chronicles games to look forward to this year, as Valkyria Chronicles Remastered will be released on the console this October.

As reported at Game Informer, Sega made the announcement at PAX. The game will be released on Nintendo Switch in the US and UK via the eShop on 16 October 2018. It will be released in Japan on 27 September 2018.

Sega is also offering an incentive for those of you that intend to pick up Valkyria Chronicles 4, which is released on Nintendo Switch on 25 September 2018. Buyers of the fourth instalment will receive a 25% discount for Valkyria Chronicles Remastered.

The original game was released on PS3 back in 2008, with the Remastered version making its way to the PS4 in 2016.
