UK anime fans can now watch Murder Princess and Strike Witches on Crunchyroll, with the streaming service adding the two series to its catalogue thanks to its ongoing partnership with Funimation.

Six-episode OVA series Murder Princess opens with princess Alita fleeing from a palace coup in the fantasy kingdom of Forland. While on the run, she winds up swapping bodies with infamous female bounty hunter Falis, who agrees to kick out the usurpers and recover her throne. So when ‘Alita’ returns to her castle, she’s a lot more badass than before!

An alternate take on World War II that sees teen magical girls dogfighting with alien ‘planes, Strike Witches features fun aerial action, clever historical in-jokes and more panties than you could cram into a Lancaster’s bomb bay. Both seasons of Strike Witches have been added, although their ecchi nature means you’ll need to verify that you’re 18 or over.

Also joining Crunchyroll’s roster, but sadly unavailable to British viewers due to licensing restrictions, are Shakugan No Shana: The Movie, Trigun: Badlands Rumble and classic sword ‘n’ sorcery comedy Slayers.
