Manga Entertainment is bringing Rooster Teeth movie Blood Fest to the UK, with the horror comedy garnering a DVD and Blu-ray release on 15 October.

Premiering at SXSW Film Festival back in March, Blood Fest stars Jacob Batalon (Spider-Man: Homecoming), Seychelle Gabriel (Falling Skies) and Robbie Kay (Heroes Reborn), along with Zachary Levi (Chuck), Barbara Dunkelman (RWBY), Tate Donovan (The Man in the High Castle) and Saturday Night Live‘s Nick Rutherford.

Blood Fest sees friends Sam (Gabriel), Dax (Kay) and Krill (Batalon) attending a horror movie festival that turns into a real life blood bath when the charismatic showman behind the event reveals his diabolical agenda. Will the teen trio’s horror genre savvy help them survive the madmen and monstrosities heading their way?

This isn’t the first time that Manga Entertainment has teamed up with Rooster Teeth, with the London-based distributer also handling the UK home video release of popular anime-style series RWBY, whose fourth and fifth volumes come to DVD and Blu-ray on 1 October.
