Well, very soon you’ll be able to find out for certain in Reigns: Game of Thrones – an upcoming adaptation of Nerial and Devolver Digital’s king or queenmaker strategy swipe ’em up.

Based on the rather excellent pair of previous games Reigns and Reigns: Her Majesty, in Reigns: Game of Thrones you’ll take on the role of series icons such as Cersei Lannister, Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen, Tyrion Lannister, Sansa Stark and more, as they try to rule Westeros.

Each decision you make, made with a simple swipe to the left or the right, can change how different factions within the world perceive you. It’s a simple but compelling loop, as you attempt to keep the needs of these parties in balance or you’ll find yourself ousted from the throne by any means necessary.

Reigns: Game of Thrones brings unique stories to each character too, plus a whole host of references to the iconic HBO TV series, though not exactly in the way you might expect to see them.
