We’ve already seen that Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! will feature some familiar faces from the franchise, such as Professor Oak, Brock and Misty. The latest trailer released on the Official Pokemon YouTube channel shows that Jessie, James and Meowth from Team Rocket are back too.

As well as the return of Lt. Surge (the Gym Leader of Vermilion City), the new trailer also shows that Mega Evolutions are here too. Players will be able to Mega Evolve a Pokémon once per battle, provided they have the relevant Key Stone and Mega Stone for their specific Pokémon. The first three Pokémon that you will be able to Mega Evolve are Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise.

There’s also the Japanese trailer here, which shows some extra footage of Mega Evolved Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise in battle, exploring the S.S. Anne and Team Rocket Grunts.
