The role-playing stars of hit Geek & Sundry web series Critical Role will be attending MCM London in October, event organisers announced today. Matthew Mercer, Marisha Ray, Liam O’Brien, Sam Riegel and Taliesin Jaffe will be attending the Saturday and Sunday of the three-day comic con together with spin-off show Talks Machina host Brian W. Foster.

Now in its fourth year, the hugely popular Critical Role sees dungeon master Matthew Mercer (Attack on Titan, Overwatch) lead a group of friends and fellow voice actors on epic Dungeons & Dragons adventures.

Running from March 2015 to October 2017, Critical Role’s first campaign followed adventuring party Vox Machina as they quested across the peril-packed fantasy realm of Tal’dorei. Beginning back in January, the show’s second campaign takes place 20 years later on the continent of Wildemount and stars a brand new set of heroes – the Mighty Nein.

Alongside DM Matthew Mercer, the D&D series stars Liam O’Brien (Naruto, Bleach) as vagabond wizard Caleb in the Mighty Nein and half-elf rogue Vax in Vox Machina; Sam Riegel (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Ace Attorney) as lovably kleptomaniac goblin Nott and charismatic gnome bard Scanlan; Marisha Ray (Far Cry 5, Final Fantasy XV) as surly monk Beau and half-elf druid Keyleth; and Taliesin Jaffe (Street Fighter, Hellsing) as flamboyant tiefling Molly and human gunslinger Percival Fredrickstein Von Musel Klossowski de Rolo III (‘Percy’ to friends).

Meanwhile, Brian W. Foster is the host of Talks Machina, Critical Role‘s live Twitch TV follow-up show discussing and dissecting the party’s most recent exploits.

MCM London takes place on 26-28 October 2018. Tickets for the show are available here.
