Rockstar Games has released a brand new trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2, giving us more insight into the game’s story, protagonist Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang.

If you’ve ever seen a trailer for a Rockstar game before, then this is very much the norm. There’s a bunch of gruff men chatting with each other, some artsy slo-mo shots of horses galloping across a field and a healthy dose of violence.

We’re still generally kept in the dark with regards to the game’s story, though there are some hints about what Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang get up to. Mostly heists, gunfights and flowery conversation.

At about 1:40 in the trailer, we glimpse what seems to be a familiar face too, suggesting how the sequel will connect with John Marston’s tragic story.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is scheduled for release on October 26th for PS4 and Xbox One.
