The voice of Futurama’s surly robot Bender and Jake the Dog on Adventure Time, newly-announced MCM London guest John DiMaggio is one of the most prolific and respected voice actors of his generation, with a host of TV, film and videogame credits to his name.

In addition to starring as Bender and Jake the Dog, DiMaggio’s best-known roles include Crosshairs and Leadfoot in the Transformers movies; Brother Blood in Teen Titans; Aquaman in Batman: The Brave and the Bold; Gears of War protagonist Marcus Fenix and Wakka, Gilgamesh and others in the Final Fantasy franchise.

DiMaggio has also appeared on titles such as Princess Mononoke; Samurai Jack; Ben 10; Zootopia; The Animatrix; Ultimate Spider-Man; Avengers Assemble; Wreck-It Ralph; Pom Poko; Batman: Assault on Arkham; Rick and Morty; American Dad! and Gravity Falls.

Attending the Saturday and Sunday of the comic con, DiMaggio joins a line-up that already features voice talents such as Kevin Conroy, the voice of Batman; Metal Gear Solid’s David Hayter; Disney legend Jim Cummings and cast members from Overwatch and GTA V. MCM London returns to ExCel London on 25-27 May – tickets to the show are available here.
