Matt Chapman speaks with director, star and co-writer John Krasinski about A Quiet Place, an amazing horror movie starring his wife Emily Blunt. Krasinski admits that the concept of a movie with very little dialogue had the potential to go very right… or very wrong.
“For me, that idea of sound being a main character is one of the reasons why I was so excited to do the movie and direct it,” he tells us. “I knew it would be a high-wire act. It’s one of those where it’s either really, really cool and special, or it’s the worst thing you’ve ever seen. So no pressure on me!”
A Quiet Place is released by Paramount and is in UK and US cinemas now.
