When it comes to dealing with the enhanced titans in Koei Tecmo’s Attack on Titan 2, scouts will have to use their 3D manoeuvring gear and a number of new abilities to attack and survive. The latest battle trailer showcases evade-style attacks and long-range sneak attacks.

The trailer also shows off Buddy Action, where you can call teammates for help and supplies, and Titan Transformation, where you can transform into a titan yourself (should the character possess the ability to do so).

Koei Tecmo also announced on social media bonuses for those who pre-order the game in Europe. Those who pre-order the game through ShopTo.net (and other select retailers) can get their hands on a Steelbook case that features the Colossal Titan and Armoured Titan on the outside, and members of the scout regiment on the inside.

Those who pre-order the game digitally will receive costume bonuses for certain characters, depending on which console you have. Players that pre-order for Nintendo Switch and Xbox One will receive plain clothes costumes for Eren Jaeger, Levi, Mikasa Ackermann, Armin Arlert, Christa Lenz, Ymir, Reiner Braun, and Bertholdt Hoover. Players that pre-order for the PlayStation 4 (and those who purchase on Xbox One or Nintendo Switch within four weeks from launch), will receive plain clothes costumes for Eren Jaeger, Mikasa Ackermann, Armin Arlert and Levi.

Attack on Titan 2 allows fans to play through season two of the anime. It is released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita (Japan only), Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Steam and arrives in Japan on 15 March 2018. It is released in the US and Europe on 20 March 2018.
