Life is Strange fans who aren’t yet ready to say goodbye to Max and Chloe will be pleased to hear that the bonus episode featuring the first game’s two best pals will be released on March 6th.

Farewell, which is available exclusively through the deluxe edition of Life is Strange: Before the Storm, sees voice actors Ashly Burch and Hannah Telle reprise their roles as Chloe and Max in a short story set five years before the events of the first game.

Square Enix has also announced a Vinyl Edition and Limited Edition of Before the Storm set for release on March 6th in the US and March 9th in Europe.

The Limited Edition comes bundled with an artbook and soundtrack CD for $39.99/€39.99/£34.99. The Vinyl Edition, available exclusively at the Square Enix Store for $69.99/€69.99/£59.99, contains everything in the Limited Edition plus a swish vinyl set of the game’s soundtrack in a lovely presentation box.

Pre-orders for either edition will also include exclusive Rachel and Chloe figures.
