Sega has announced that Valkyria Chronicles 4 will be coming to the West in 2018.

The latest mainline entry in the military-themed turn-based strategy game takes place during the Second European War, as the good guys of the Atlantic Federation launch a bold last-ditch attempt to rout the powerful Autocratic Eastern Imperial Alliance.

Valkyria Chronicles 4 is set to offer the same blend of tactical turn-based combat with its beautiful painterly art style, plus a host of new additions including a new cast of characters (there’s a doge!), a new Grenadier class, and various tweaks to existing units.

No specific release date was confirmed outside of 2018, but we do know that Valkyria Chronicles 4 will be coming to PS4, Xbox One and Switch.
