The first season of Batman – The Telltale Series is launching for Nintendo Switch on November 14th in the US and November 17th in Europe.

All five episodes of Bruce Wayne’s first adventure from the studio behind The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us will launch the same day at retailers and on the Nintendo eShop for $39.99.

“This will be Telltale’s first Mature-rated title on the system, so we’re really excited not only to have our game on Switch but also to approach a new audience with a game we’re really proud of,” said Executive Producer Sean O’Connor. “We think our unique take on Batman is a great way to introduce Nintendo fans to Telltale’s style of storytelling. It’s also nice that returning fans will be able to experience the game on a console they can take with them everywhere.”

Batman – The Telltale Series was actually a decent start for the caped crusader. Telltale’s willingness to tinker with the pre-existing lore and rework some of the most iconic characters from Batman’s Rogues Gallery made for an interesting new spin on a familiar universe.

The sequel has kept up that level of quality, as we found in our review of Batman: The Enemy Within – Episode 2 – The Pact.
