Capcom has revealed Zeku as the final DLC character for Season 2 Character Pass of Street Fighter V.

Zeku made his first appearance in Street Fighter Alpha 2 as a non-playable character, training Guy in the art of Bushinryu. If you beat the game with Guy, Zeku appears and congratulates his pupil, reminding him that a “fighting style is not something handed down, but something created.” They then fight to determine who will be the new master.

Now Zeku has returned in Street Fighter V, looking to create his own new fighting style. Players can switch between younger and older versions of Zeku (with many noting how the younger version looks a lot like Capcom’s Strider Hiryu). As seen in the trailer there are different move sets for the both of them. Because of this, Capcom state that learning Zeku’s multiple skill sets “will require intense training.”

Zeku joins Akuma, Kolin, Ed, Abigail and Menat in the Season 2 Character Pass and is playable in Street Fighter V from 24 October 2017.
