Resident Evil Revelations and its sequel are set for release on the Nintendo Switch in November. Since the games have already been released on numerous formats, there’s a good chance gamers have already played through them. So why should Resident Evil fans opt for the Nintendo Switch version? Well, Capcom has decided to include two exclusive 8-bit style mini-games inspired by the Revelations games and released trailers for the both of them.

Ghost Ship Panic

Ghouls ‘n Homunculi

The first is Ghost Ship Panic, where you shoot ooze zombies (including an oozed Rachel Foley) scrolling down the screen in order to build up points and combos.

The second is Ghouls ‘n Homunculi, which puts a Revelations spin on Capcom’s Ghouls ‘n Ghosts. You control Barry Burton, fighting his way through a horde of monsters as he tries to save his kidnapped daughter. It’s probably the only Resident Evil game where you’ll get to see Barry Burton in his pants.

What is cool is that you can earn Battle Points in these mini games, which you can then spend in Resident Evil Revelations Raid Mode shop.

Resident Evil: Revelations Collection is released on the Nintendo Switch on 28 November 2017, with each game available separately as a download. You can you purchase via retail with Resident Evil Revelations on the cartridge and a download code for Resident Evil Revelations 2.
