Capcom has confirmed that Dead Rising 4 will be coming to PS4 later this year on December 5th.

Released under the full title of Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package, the PS4 release will contain the full game and all previously released DLC and bonus content. That includes the Frank’s Rising story expansion, Street Fighter outfit pack and Stocking Stuffer holiday pack.

The PS4 edition also adds the new Capcom Heroes mode, which gives Frank access to a selection of outfits and new moves based on famous Capcom characters such as Mega Man and Cammy from Street Fighter. The mode will be added to Xbox One and PC versions of the game in a free update.

Dead Rising 4 launched for Xbox One and PC back in December 2016. The release of Frank’s Big Package on PS4 almost exactly a year later essentially confirms that Capcom and Microsoft had a timed exclusivity deal in place. Now that’s up the game is free to make its way to PS4. Everybody wins!
