We’ve gone from one extreme to the other with video game trailers today. First, Scorn, and now the cutesy and explosive gameplay video for Blue Reflection.

What stands out most about this trailer? Oh, perhaps the giant teddy bear that drops in to fire lasers out of its eyes on an unsuspecting foe. That’s something you definitely don’t expect to see!

On a more serious note, Blue Reflection is the upcoming JRPG from Gust, the folks behind Nights of Azure and the Atelier series. It has a hint of the Persona series about it, as the three girls Hinako, Yuzu and Lime attend school during the day and then head into the ‘Other World’ once lessons are over to solve their classmate’s problems by beating up literal demons.

Blue Reflection has been out in Japan since March but will be making its way to the US on September 26 and Europe on September 29 for PS4 and PC.
