Fatshark has announced a sequel to its Left 4 Dead-inspired multiplayer rat slice-em-up Warhammer: The End Times – Vermintide.
The announcement has come with nothing more than the briefest of teaser trailers for Warhammer: Vermintide II so we can do nothing but speculate wildly for now.
“On October 23rd, 2015 we introduced the world to Warhammer: Vermintide, and since then it has sold over 1.5 million units,” said Martin Wahlund, CEO of Fatshark. “Now it’s time to introduce the upcoming sequel – Warhammer: Vermintide 2.”
You’ll have to wait a little longer for that introduction as Fatshark will be hosting a live stream reveal event on October 17th, 7pm CET / 10am PST. All we have been told so far is that Warhammer: Vermintide II will be coming to both PC and consoles – most likely late 2018.
