The highest grossing anime film of all time, Makoto Shinkai’s Your Name is set to be released on DVD and Blu-ray in Japan on 26 July (it has English subtitles!). But instead of just viewing the film again, if you happen to be in Tokyo between 3 August and 29 September (or would like a perfectly valid excuse to go there), then you can hop onto a cafe tour bus that travels to the real world locations Taki and Mitsuha visit in the film… as well as enjoying fruit pancakes.

Here is what the Your Name cafe tour bus will look like.

A collaboration between Cool Japan, Willer bus company and restaurant group The Guest, fans can board one of two Your Name tour buses. The tour lasts 90 minutes and starts near Tokyo Station, taking trips to parts of the Yotsuya neighbourhood, the pedestrian bridge at Shinanomachi Station, Yunika Vision at Shinjuku, the underpass near the Shinjuku Police Station, and Yotsuya Station.

You can enjoy the scenery on the open top bus while eating the croquette bun sandwich that Taki is seen eating, or the fruit-topped pancake Mitsuha (as Taki) takes photos of and eats, along with an iced latted. Each person will also receive one of eight randomly distributed Your Name coasters.

Yummy!

Tickets cost ¥5,800 (around $52 / £40) and you can book by visiting the Willer Express home page (which is also English friendly).
