Atlas have announced on Twitter that Persona 5 is to receive an anime series by A-1 Pictures.

The official website for the anime began streaming a teaser trailer (which unfortunately cannot be played outside of Japan, so we have a Dailymotion upload for now). It features the characters and their corresponding voice actors.

The voice cast includes:

Mamoru Miyano as Ryuji Sakamoto

Ikue Otani as Morgana

Nana Mizuki as Anne Takamaki

Tomokazu Sugita as Yusuke Kitagawa

Rina Satou as Makoto Niijima

Aoi Yūki as Futaba Sakura

Haruka Tomatsu as Haru Okumura

Soichiro Hoshi as Goro Akechi

Jun Fukuyama as The Hero (The Protagonist)

The game was released on PS3 and PS4 in Japan in September 2016 and everywhere else in April 2017. A-1 Pictures also animated Persona 4 the Golden Animation series, as well as the one-off anime special, Persona 5 The Animation: The Day Breakers, which was broadcast in Japan days before the game’s release.
