With  FINAL FANTASY XIV, Stormblood, due for release on 20 June, celebrations kicked off at Southbank in London with a dimensional portal to the game’s world being opened.

Well, okay, its actually a mural by 3D artists Joe and Max but doesn’t it look amazing!

Also given how hot it is this week we want to applaud the Chocobo cosplayer in particular. And maybe buy them an ice cream and some water.

Stormblood itself sounds great fun, adding new characters, jobs and gameplay features to the game. It’s out on 20 June for PS4, PC and Mac and you find out more here.
