At last! Now you can finally settle that argument between friends over which Final Fantasy is the greatest of all time. How? Well, in the most classic of Final Fantasy methods of course: over-the-top epic combat. Yep, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is coming to PS4 in 2018.

Connoisseurs of combat games, Team Ninja, and army-slaying veterans, Koei Tecmo, have teamed up along with Square Enix to bring the previously PSP and arcade only series to Sony’s black box. You’ll be able to duke it out both online and offline with over 20 famous faces and iconic summons from across the Final Fantasy series in epic 3v3 team battles. The announcement trailer below should give you an idea of the blistering chaos and explosive beauty that’s on offer.

More info will be on the way soon when the game’s producer Ichiro Hazama, director Takeo Kujiraoka, and world-renowned fighting game stars Justin Wong and K-Brad will present more of Dissidia Final Fantasy NT during E3 on June 13th. For now, you’ve got to pick who would make up your dream team of fighters. Based on who we can see in the trailer we think we’d go for Terra, Y’shtola and Tidus.
