Omakase

Viewster announced an exciting new anime subscription package for fans at MCM London Comic Con this Sunday. The product, named Omakase, will provide original and exclusive items for subscribers, with a minimum of seven in each box and will include a range of comics, manga, anime and music. Each box will be sent out monthly and will have a set theme, the first of which will be Studio Trigger’s Kill La Kill.

This launch product will include a special edition hardcover of Kill La Kill’s first manga, and will also contain a scarf that has the same design as the one worn by lead character Ryūko Matoi in the series.

That’s not all though, as Viewster revealed that Omakase will curate unique video content for subscribers, making upcoming anime series available for them to watch at any time. Of these series, the panel was able to announce the release of Meine Liebe, Saint Beast and Sora No Manimani on the platform.

The company will also be releasing original comics and music from independent artists within the fandom community, and the products will debut exclusively to Omakase subscribers. At Comic Con, Viewster also revealed that Ashley Davis’s new series Replay, and Buttersafe’s comic King Death would be the first of many new titles to be available. The new album by voice actress Cristina Vee, called Menagerie, will also be featured on the platform.

Viewster also exclusively announced at Comic Con that its January 2016 product would have a Naruto theme, and presented a small golden statue of Naruto to the audience as one of their exclusive products.

Omakase is available for two months from Viewster for $29, with a shipping fee of $19, and the Kill La Kill launch box can still be purchased now.
