Fans have now raised the power on Iron Man’s Facebook page to a level that unlocks a trailer.

Not the Iron Man 3 trailer due out on Tuesday, obvs. More of a trailer for that trailer, the sneakiest of peeks if you will.

The film’s official synopsis talks of how Tony Stark’s  “brash-but-brilliant industrialist” will come up against an enemy “whose reach knows no bounds”.

“When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle,” the summary reads.

“With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?”

Iron Man 3 is set to open 3 May, 2013 and the first trailer airs online on 23 October, 2012 at Apple’s website.
